PUR lamination machine enables to apply various films and sheets (PETG, ASA, acrylic sheet, UV coated PVC sheet, transparent film, etc.) to the surface of MDF board or PB (Particle Board). This PUR lamination line that we've developed and automated has outstanding advantage, in that it enables you to use not only PUR resin but UV adhesive as well by which you can apply transparent PET GAG film to melamine faced panels.

The machine has a dust removal device, therefore the defect rate is evidently very low. Also, it is equipped with automatic cutter which helps you to save time and labor. We minimize manpower by automating all process from raw material input to cutting finish, and then automatic loading.
